Award-winning Israeli actor Shira Haas is joining the cast of “Night Therapy,” the psychological drama in production from Yes Studios.
The 10-part series tells the story of Louie, played by actor Yousef Sweid (“Unorthodox,” “Game of Thrones,” “False Flag”), an Arab Israeli psychologist struggling to raise his two children after the suicide of his Jewish wife.
In order to find a better work-life balance, he decides to shift his work to the evening hours, creating a more alternative form of therapy for his patients, some with unusual courses of treatment.
One of Louie’s patients is Haas, a computer genius who rarely leaves her home, preferring to lead her life in the virtual world.
Other actors in the series include Lucy Ayoub, Yaakov Zada Daniel and Firas Nassar, all familiar faces from “Fauda.”
